Catherine Knowles, stitcher of beautiful Doodlebroidery :) I'm a textile artist specialising in contemporary/freemotion embroidery. My work remains as true to the original artwork as possible, studying the drawing and using the colours the child has used. There are no computerised embroidery machines involved – it’s all about understanding the child’s interpretation and paying close attention to detail.
